What does communism smell like?

Imagine my personal alarm when hearing on the news this morning that the White House has vowed to "punch back twice as hard." I couldn't even imagine what the 'talking heads' were referring to. I sat closer to the TV to hear just what was happening to the land of the free.

I can't believe I'm afraid to sign my name, but I am. I will be participating in the tea parties. America had better wake up and recognize that our 200+ year-old republic is in real danger. It's been happening for a long time, but now it's becoming obvious. If you haven't heard or read Glenn Beck, you need to. The news is not being reported in full on national stations--only Fox is coming close to doing so. People, this country is the only place on earth we have that historically has been a true republic (democracy)! We can't get on another Mayflower--there are no more continents left to colonize. If we lose our constitution, the only option left is what happened during the French revolution. I don't want to see that--do you???

Did you hear about the St. Louis meeting? An African American CONSERVATIVE that was peacefully passing out yellow flags that said "Don't Tread on Me" was attacked by SEIU members (healthcare workers' union) who have pledged to "take care of the problem" of protestors at these meetings. This man was attacked by multiple people and has significant injuries that required hospitalization. Six of the attackers were arrested. The White House is asking you to turn in your neighbors, family members, anyone who says or sends you anything against this legislation. I'm not kidding. You can find the following quote on the actual White House website at http://www.whitehouse.gov/blog/Facts-Are-Stubborn-Things/: "There is a lot of disinformation about health insurance reform out there, spanning from control of personal finances to end of life care. These rumors often travel just below the surface via chain emails or through casual conversation. Since we can’t keep track of all of them here at the White House, we’re asking for your help. If you get an email or see something on the web about health insurance reform that seems fishy, send it to flag@whitehouse.gov."

Can anyone say Gestapo? How about Big Brother? Are kids still having to read "1984" in school these days? I sure hope so...

I think freedom of speech still lives as long as it agrees with Barack Hussain Obama.
All you people who voted for this idiot needs to read this health care bill he is trying to force down our throats. (I mean really read and study it.) This will affect you. Don't just take my view or Hussain's view. YOU BE THE JUDGE.

Unforunately, Obama is in over his head. Just like popular figures from other countries that were later elected heads of state (Lech Walesa of Poland, Nelson Mandela of S. Africa), he doesn't have the background to actually be President. He was attractive and spoke well, and it got him elected. Now the Pelosi and Kennedy extreme liberals are pulling the strings. All you had to see was the first address to the joint session of Congress on Feb. 24th (the one that couldn't officially be called a "State of the Union" address); Obama began speaking, and Nancy Pelosi interrupted him. Granted, it was to introduce him, but Obama gave her a look that could kill. She believes she is in power, and in a way, she is. This woman is the most dangerous person in the United States right now.

It's now being called "America's Affordable Health Choices Act of 2009". Some lawmakers are referring to it as the "Free Choice Health Care Act" to make it seem so friendly and wonderful.
