This world is in horrible times. What is going on with people. Why would this grandmother cover for this girl. She should know right from wrong. God help us all!

OMG! There has to be a better way for us to protect the children of our community. I hope the women are sentenced to the maximum penalty. I hear of this madness going on all over the United States, but we are a small town and this has happened way too many times and way too close to home...my kids will not be left out of my sight for anything and they will be questioned about who they interact with at school...its really bad when you cannot trust your child's school system bc its there too and is often covered up by school officials. I am just outraged and we ALL need to stand up and fight for our kids in OUR community!!!

The school systems can take all of the blame because you have parent/guardians that cover up or turn a blind eye to these things. This grandmother is acting like so many parents act. They don't believe their "angels" can do no wrong. When the home is under control and the parents are involved, the children do better. Will this never happen if the home is stable? No, but it would cut down a lot if the kids felt they were loved and there was attention paid to them, other than when they get in trouble.

Very disturbing. I hate to think what the 15 y.o. went through in her short life to cause her to do this to someone half her age. This is not to excuse her, of course...but gee, how could this happen???

Someone had to teach her it was ok to cross these types of boundaries. I do hope the investigators find out who did this to her when young as well.
