Ann W. Yearwood will sign her most recent book - Fifteen Red Roses: The Challenges of Public School Integration in Rural Georgia - March 1 from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. at A Novel Experience in Zebulon.
Mrs. Yearwood was one of my favorite teachers at PCHS. She taught me Psychology. I loved that class. How many of you remember the day she painted the bulletin board bright red? I used that trick later in life to motivate employees to read notices. After the new wore off that trick, I started stamping CONFIDENTIAL on notices they should read and left them lying on my desk at work. That worked too. The trick is to "keep the tricks switched around a little."
Best of luck on Fifteen Roses, Mrs. Yearwood ...keep 'em coming!
