Ivestigative team leader Battallion Chief Parrish Swift is looking into the rain, hail and lightning storm that swept through the area early this morning. Chief Swift reports 8" of rain fell in less than 2 hours making it difficult for the trucks to access Lifsey Springs Road. Chief Swift is happy that his crew was able to save the lot.
