Time is running out for two teenage orphans – and their prospective American parents are working hard to raise the $25,000 it will take to adopt them and bring them to a forever home on the Lamar and Pike county lines. Of that, $15,900 up front will go for “facilitator’s fees.”
Amanda Hollar-Bash and Christopher Bash hope to adopt two international orphans who are best friends. The family needs help raising a $25,000 adoption fee before November. Donations can be made at First Bank of Pike.
