In 2011, Scarlett Mullis, Abbi Hood and Ashleighanna Johnson had a vision that children with special needs deserve the same opportunities as every other child. They partnered with the Pike County Navigator Team and through the support of the team and their parents, in 2012 they hosted the first ever special needs fashion show in Pike County, “Paris in Pike.” That first show had about 100 people attending.
