Journal-Reporter publisher Laura Melton Geiger was elected president of the Georgia Press Association Saturday morning at the association's annual convention at the historic Jekyll Island Club.

What's wrong with it? On Chapman Rd. you can't say that it would stop traffic on the 4-lane, and people wouldn't have to "cross the road" for parking. If the land owner doesn't have a problem with it - why should you? Seems like they have plenty of property, it wouldn't interfere with anyone's driveway over there.

Did Rose Kennedy own a black dress? Of coarse, I have seen many beautiful brides, but none that were more beautiful because of the dress. Why take jabs at your commissioner? You put him in office and now you do not support him. Don't try and undermine his efforts or make him look bad. It will make you look bad when you run against him. I support Roosevelt Willis. If he eliminates the code job he will save the county close to $48,700 per year. JC in case you do not read the PJR money is tight. Sounds like your time of the month.
