de-faults make choices for themselves and ego's which have drastic effects on citizens tax dollars by appointments which have no term limits.

The required training also applies to City Managers who newly appointed must go through The International City-County Management Association to be certified. Most City Managers throughout Georgia have past experience, college or management experience.
Mayor or council members elected after July 1, 1991 must complete the Georgia State Government mandated courses.
This is a valuable mandate for the citizens to assure our communities elected or de-fault politicians are up to running our local governments.
