This fall may bring cooler weather sooner, and it also may mean more allergy sicknesses for Pike County residents. According to Atlanta allergy.com, recent pollen counts show high amounts of ragweed pollen in the air and a moderate amount of elm tree pollen. That could mean cold-like symptoms for many local residents, including runny nose, sneezing, congestion, coughing and watery eyes.
