School adopts budget, discusses E-SPLOST
Members of the Pike County board of education adopted the fiscal year 2013 budget for the general fund and debt service fund at the Tuesday, June 12 meeting. This year’s budget is expected to collect $6.89 million for the general fund and $1.05 million for the debt service fund from local taxes, with more than $15.6 million expected in state funding.
