Students at the Pike County Arts Council Art Camp hold out hands covered in red and green after tye dyeing t-shirts on the last day of camp, including (l-r) Livi O’Steen, Anna Chasteen, Anna Edwards, Kylee Brazel and Maverick Smith. Several of the students’ art pieces they created during the Art Camp will be on display at the Third Friday Off the Square event at the Chandler Buildling June 15.
Art display at Third Friday
Local music and artistry will be part of the Third Friday Off the Square event set for this Friday, June 15 at the Chandler Building on Jackson Street. In addition to music from the Due South bluegrass band, local artists will display their works. Due South is made up of local musicians and will take the stage from 7 to 9 p.m.
