WHEREAS, for value received, Johan W. Slabbert executed and delivered to the United States of America, acting through the United States Department of Agriculture, two Deeds to Secure Debt conveying certain real estate located in Pike County, Georgia, and said Deeds to Secure Debt were recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court for Pike County, Georgia as follows:

WHEREAS, the United States of America now holds the above described security deeds covering the said real estate;
