Mackinnah Rogers is surrounded by about half of the stuffed animals she has collected to give to Mid Ga Ambulance for children who need emergency medical care or transport.
Citizen of the Year
This year’s Citizen of the Year is 11-year-old Mackinnah Rogers, who was recognized at the Chamber of Commerce banquet Jan. 17 for providing toys for young children in emergency situations.
