The family's packed up, the ham and turkey mostly eaten, time to relax before cleaning up. Thought I would check in to see what Christmas losers had nothing to do but post the last couple of days and was not surprised the see the usual. No church, no presents to open, no phone calls from loved ones, no meals to prepare, no feasting????
Turned my computer off Christmas Eve morning. But gee, I had loved ones surrounding me that were more important.
Better luck to you for New Years.
You are very fortunate, Rachel. I hope you had a very, merry Christmas.
But strangely enough, when people have "No church, no presents to open, no phone calls from loved ones, no meals to prepare, no feasting...."
I was brought up to call them less fortunate and have always had empathy and unselfish love for them. They certainly are not LOSERS in my opinion. AND certainly not in God's.
I am poor compared to the rich, and all my needs are covered. "Basics" are sufficient for me so my WANT & WISH list is very, very short. The only things that I want and wish for are things that I would love to give to my loved ones! Therefore, I am blessed!

Different strokes for different folks, I guess.
Thank You, Jesus & Bubbie!
Will I ever get it right?
I apologize Rachel. But to answer your question, The PCJR brings me cheer all year long!
Happy New Year to all.
Mine is to try better to love the more unloveable peoples of this county.
