I'm concerned the inspectors are overreacting. Now we're all scared to eat anything with peanut butter in it. There go a lot of jobs in Blakely, Ga.

The inspectors have to follow rules and codes set forth by the FDA and the USDA. If they did not and an outbreak occurred the federal government would be liable. I think it is better safe than sorry. I don't think jobs will dry up as a result. If anything regulations will be reevaluated and a few jobs will be added to adjust quality control.

One has to be really careful about what sticks to the roof of their mouth nowadays.
