Please don't confuse this post by someone else as being from me. I didn't know we had another "Annie Mae" in this county. I think the Pirates players, band, and the cheerleaders are doing a great job! Anyone that has put in the practice in this hot weather is to be commended!

As a first time marching band mom that never really attended games in the past. I would like to say that this was something we should have been doing all along. The Pirate fans come really close to matching if not beating the home teams fans in attendance. Everyone that had anything to do with the game should be told how good it was, band, players , and cheerleaders . As the first game of the season looks like these kids are gonna show us some good stuff this year. Please don't be bashing this kids they have all worked hard to get here. Pirates all of you did a great job. Thanks for all your hard work.

So true!!! I too am a first year parent, and we had so much fun. Can't wait for the rest of this season. EVERYONE did a great job - football, cheerleaders, and band. So many fans beaming with pride in the stands. Funny part, was the McIntosh gate workers were in shock at the number of fans in the visitor stands. They were commenting on the "sea of red and black in the stands". Come on parents and community - let's keep this up for the whole season and show our kids just how proud we are of them and for them! Go out and show your support for our PIRATES (all of them)!
