Last Friday the Pirates hosted the Spalding Jaguars for a preseason scrimmage. The stands were packed with fans even though the weather was hot and steamy. The Pirates will open the regular season Aug. 26 as they travel to Peachtree City to take on the Chiefs of McIntosh. Game time is 7:30 p.m.
