Concord council member Richard Wall was arrested several weeks ago for a schedule III controlled substance but all the charges against him have since been dropped.

I went to school with Richard Wall. He was one of the most stand up guys I have ever met. I could not imagine him breaking the law.

This whole story makes no sense. You got the ZPD and Jimmy's boys actually doing a joint investigation on this guy. What the heck did they uncover? Did all their investagative skills uncover the fact that he had some of his doctor prescribed medication out of a bottle. Before you all go the DA about making a case on me call my shrink first. This way he can confirm the pills are indeed for me. If you can't reach him Fred's pharmacy will also testify in my behalf. The system scares me. Innocent people go to jail and O.J. is all happy about a glove not fitting. I want no part of it.
I don't see who represented Wall at the hearing. Was Virgil up in the courthouse performing his "magic tricks" again.

Sloppy detective work and lack of evidence like this is what reduces law enforcement credibility.
