The Pike County High School Pirates football team will face non-region opponents the Upson-Lee Knights in their season opening game Friday, Aug. 31 at home. The game will kick off at 8 p.m. in Zebulon and scores will be updated in real time at pikecountygeorgia.com. [Full story »]

The 2012 football season will be underway in 48 hours. This Friday the Pike County Pirates will travel to Griffin to take on the Spalding Jaguars. The Pirates have been working hard in the weight room during the summer with 70 to 75 players attending each workout. Conditioning in the hot August days will pay off in the season as the Pirates will play some top notch teams this season. [Full story »]
