Less and except all that parcel of land containing 2.00 Acres, more or less, being in land lot 225 of the eighth land district of Pike County, state of Georgia, more particularly shown and designated as tract 2F-A, 2.00 Acres according to that certain plat of survey entitled “Plat of survey for James Ryan Landry and Misty D. Landry” dated August 8, 2000, prepared Marvin Douglas Gordon, Jr., Georgia registered professional land surveyor #2395, said plat, together with the metes, bounds, courses and distances as shown thereon with respect to the said 2.00 Acre is by this reference incorporates herein in aid of this description as fully as if copied at length herein.
The debt secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, failure to pay the indebtedness as and when due and in the manner provided in the Note and Security Deed. The debt remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same and all expenses of this sale, as provided in Security Deed and by law, including attorney’s fees (notice of intent to collect attorney’s fees having been given).
Said property will be sold subject to any outstanding ad valorem taxes (including taxes which are a lien, but not yet due and payable), any matters which might be disclosed by an accurate survey and inspection of the property, any assessments, liens, encumbrances, zoning ordinances, restrictions, covenants, and matters of record superior to the Security Deed first set out above.

County manager Bill Sawyer noted the courthouse construction is nearly on schedule at the March 27 commission meeting. He said the new transformer is now in place and power has been restored. On Friday, March 30, he said the concrete footings were being poured for the courthouse addition.
