Three arrested in Concord confrontation
Pike County sheriff's deputies responding to a May 15 domestic dispute call in Concord made three arrests after confrontations with attendees of a party across the street. One arrest was made for obstruction of an officer at the Hill Street Extension residence from which the domestic disturbance call was made.
