Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff
Ingredients:
1 (1-pound) top round steak (1 inch thick), trimmed
1 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried dill
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 (8-ounce) package sliced mushrooms (about 2 cups)
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup beef broth
1 (8-ounce) container low-fat sour cream
2 cups hot cooked medium egg noodles (about 4 ounces uncooked)
Preparation:
1. Cut steak diagonally across grain into 1/4-inch-thick slices. Place steak and next 8 ingredients (though garlic) in a 3-quart electric slow cooker; stir well.
2. Lightly spoon flour into a dry measuring cup; level with a knife. Place flour in a small bowl; gradually add broth, stirring with a whisk until blended. Add broth mixture to slow cooker; stir well. Cover with lid; cook on high-heat setting 1 hour. Reduce to low-heat setting, and cook 7 to 8 hours or until steak is tender. Turn slow cooker off; remove lid. Let stroganoff stand 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream. Serve stroganoff over noodles.

TRACT 2: All that tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Land Lot 207 of the 8th Land District of Pike County, Georgia, containing twenty-three hundredths acre (0.23), more or less, and being more particularly described as follows;
Beginning at a point marked by concrete right of way marker, located at the north east corner of Mrs. Carrie S. Drivers’ residence lot as shown by that certain plat of survey entitled “Property Survey far Ronald Coventry”, dated April 22, 1999, of record in Plat Record 15, page 141, Clerk’s Office, Superior Court, Pike County, Georgia, which point also marks the dividing line between the property of Dorothy D . Folds and said Carrie S. Driver residence lot; and from said beginning point runs thence North 86 degrees, 56 minutes, ten seconds West a distance of 675.63 to an iron pin marking the north west corner of Mrs. Carrie S. Drivers’ residence lot run thence North 07 degrees 37 minutes 05 seconds East a distance of 15 feet to a point run thence South 86 degrees 56 minutes 10 seconds East along a line parallel to the aforesaid dividing line between Folds and Driver a distance of approximately 675.63 feet, more or less, to a point on the West right of way line of U. S. Highway No. 19; run thence South along the right of way of the said U. S. Highway No. 19 to the point of beginning.
The aforedescribed real property is also known as 1021 Hwy 19 S., Meansville, Georgia 30256, according to the present system of numbering houses in Pike County, Georgia.
This sale will be conducted subject (1) to confirmation that the sale is not prohibited under the U.S. Bankruptcy Code and (2) to final confirmation and audit as to the amount and status of the loan with the holder of the Security Deed, including but not limited to, a determination that the borrower has not reinstated the loan prior to the foreclosure sale.
Said real property will be sold subject to any outstanding ad valorem taxes (including taxes which are a lien, but not yet due and payable), the right of redemption of any taxing authority, any matters which might be disclosed by an accurate survey and inspection of the real property, any assessments, liens, encumbrances, zoning ordinances, restrictions, covenants, and matters of record superior to the Security Deed first set out above.

Wednesday Market to open Jan. 26
