Crime and Arrests

Pike authorities have apparently captured two young men who escaped Thursday morning from the Teen Challenge facility off Hwy. 19 South in Pike County.

Between Monday, Dec. 20, and Friday, Dec. 24, the sheriff’s office made the following arrests:
William Robert Castles, dangerous drugs not in original container and possession of marijuana;
William Jordan Corley, party to the crime of sale of marijuana, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and use of telecommunication device to facilitate a drug transaction;
Michael Lane Dabney, sale of marijuana and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute;
Xavier Lin Davis, driving on a suspended license;
Walter James Day, DUI;
Shelia Diane Gilbert, DUI drugs less safe and failure to maintain lane;
Alice Faye Nixon, drugs not in original container; possession of schedule II drugs with intent to distribute and use of telecommunication device to facilitate a drug transaction;
Cecil Jerome Raines, DUI;
Tracy Bernard Rucker, violation of parole or probation;

Leeshannon Shane Pollard, deposit account fraud;
Kamerson Thomas Presley, DUI drugs, failure to maintain lane;
PamelaDina Tolliver, driving while license suspended or revoked;
