PUBLIC NOTICE
American Tower Corporation is proposing to construct a telecommunications tower at 12100 US Hwy 19, Zebulon, Pike County, GA, at Latitude N33-08-58.7, Longitude W84-18-32.0. The tower is proposed to be a self-support design and 210 feet tall. The Section 106 Review being conducted includes the assessment of the proposed tower, the 100’ x 100’ lease area, a 30’ wide area around the lease area, as well as the proposed access/utility easements. American Tower seeks comments from all interested persons on the impact of the tower on any districts, sites, buildings, structures, or objects significant in American history, architecture, archaeology, engineering, or culture, that are listed or eligible for the listing in the National Register of Historic Places. Specific information about the project, including the historic preservation reviews that American Tower is conducting pursuant to the rules of the Federal Communications Commission (47 C.F.R. Sections 1.1307(4)) and the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation (36 C.F.R. Part 800) will be made available to interested persons who request the information from the contact below. Rebecca Smith has petitioned for Charles B. O’Neill, Jr., County Administrator (additional) to be appointed Administrator of the estate of Patricia L. Pitts, deceased, of said County. The petitioner has also applied for waiver of bond and/or grant of certain powers contained in O.C.G.A. §53-12-232. All interested parties are hereby notified to show cause why said petition should not be granted. All objections to the petition must be in writing, setting forth the grounds of any such objections, and must be filed with the court on or before December 21, 2009. All pleadings/objections must be signed before a notary public or before a probate court clerk, and filing fees must be tendered with your pleadings/objections, unless you qualify to file as an indigent party.
