Narcotics Unit makes arrest

The Pike County Sheriff’s Narcotics Unit concluded an investigation Jan. 21 that resulted in the arrest of Dwight Shaw Davis, 54, of Concord. Davis was found to be in possession of a large quantity of marijuana at his residence on Turner Road.

I have a lot of kin Zeb but I can assure you that none of them are farmers. There are to many rats (like all carz) in the world to think you can get away with this type of activity. Marijuana is so cheap to buy in the south why go through all the trouble. You can buy a pound of high quality dope for $800 cut it up and get back $4480. Thats $3680 profit. And besides it is heart warming to think of all the families and children that $800 is helping out in Mexico. I think many things are being better off manufactured in other countries. This is one of them. Research has proven that the quality of American weed is right up there with the quality of an American car. Great job by Pike County Sheriffs Department. If yall made Dee jealous you are going to see a bust like this in Griffin everyday until Dee feels like he has done his job for awhile.

No you are fine with your drinking. Just remember when the room starts spinning in a counter clockwise direction do not drive. You can drive when it spins the other way but usually just for about 3 miles or so before you pass out.

The original story said this was the culmination of a 2yr investigation. Wonder how much cultivation occurred before the culmination ???
