Family expresses thanks, vigil set
The Wilson and Turner families have issued a statement regarding the tragic traffic accident that killed Eve Wilson and seriously injured her mother, Nancy. In addition, a prayer vigil will be held for the family at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday on the courthouse square in Zebulon.

My daughter, Katie and Eve were great friends at school. They told the kids today what happened and she has been devestated. She loved Eve so much. Our thoughts and prayers are with this family.

Eve is a very special child and she will be missed dearly. I commend the parents for the difficult choice to donate her organs. This is such a very important and selfless thing to do. Though difficult it will allow so many others to live. Thank you so much.

I am going to miss her alot ! me and her were really good friends . I will look into the stars at nite and see Eve. Heaven is getting a angel , her name is Eve Wilson

I loved Eve!!!!! We were in class together.She was a GREAT person and an AWESOME dancer!!!She will be missed!

God Bless Eve and the Parents who made the decision to donate. I wouldn't be alive today if someone else had not made that decision. Prayers for healing Her Mother.

Eve will be greatly missed by all of us who were given the opportunity to be a part of her life. She was one of a kind and her witty spirit and sweet smile will be what I miss the most. Knowing that her legacy will live on through the four children who received her organs gives me some peace of mind. I pray that the good Lord continues to heal Nancy's injured body and her grieving soul and that he gives the rest of her family the strength to move forward. I love you sweet Eve and I know you are dancing with Jesus right now.
