The Pike County Pirates baseball team has produced two college signees. Kody Adams and Chris Long both signed with colleges last week.

This is an example of the great job Head Coach Don Hanson and his assistants are doing to maintain and improve our already outstanding baseball program. I have followed Pirate Baseball for 32 years and seen about 500 games. These two young men are outstanding players and students and will represent our school and baseball program well.

I'm sure Don's a great guy, but this is another example of travel ball. Watch for all the signee's these next two years. They all play travel ball from clubs out of Henry County and get all their exposure from the summer. Pike Baseball just reaps the benefits.
