Take Notice that:
The right to redeem the following described property, to wit:All that tract or parcel of land containing 2.00 acres lying and being in Land Lot 113 of the Eighth (8th) Land District of Pike County, Georgia and being more particularly shown and designated as 2.00 acres according to that certain plat of survey entitled “Compiled Plat for Timothy D. Simmons and Dana I Simmons” dated March 16, 1994 prepared by Kenneth Edward Pressley, Georgia Registered Professional Land Surveyor, a copy of which plat is recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 37, Pike County, Georgia, Superior Court Clerk’s Office, and which said plat together with the metes, bounds, courses and distances as shown thereon with respect to the said 2.00 acres, is by this reference incorporated herein in aid of this description as fully as if copied at length herein.
Will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 18th day of October, 2010.
The Tax Deed to which this notice relates is dated the 4th day of August, 2009, and is recorded in the office if the Clerk of Superior Court of Pike County, Georgia, in Deed Book 807, Page 341.
The property may be redeemed at any time before the 18th day of October, 2010 by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address: PO Box 290, Concord, Georgia 30206.
