Jack Morris Goldman, 74, of Meansville died Saturday, July 24, 2010. Services will be held Monday, July 26, at 2 p.m. at Pine Mountain Church of the Nazarene. The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to the service.
Dear Jacque and Ashley,
I will see you both in just a little while but I want you to hug each other for me right now. I love you both. There are many people who could make people smile in this old world but my brother Jack made people laugh.
The last time I talked to Jack he was not feeling good. But still, he had me laughing. He said, "Sister, my luck has been so bad lately, if I bought a cemetery, people would quit dying." He also said that he does not believe in reincarnation but if he could come back as anything he wants to be Dolly Parton's baby....and not bottle fed.
Jack is in Heaven with Mary Ann, Marvin, Mama, Jon and Gail now...but I almost guarantee that he stopped by to shake Elvis' hand first.
I love you.

Sheila I don't know if you remember me or not. But I know Claudette does. I dated Jack back in the 80's. And hung out with your beautiful sister Gail. Your family opened their hearts and their homes to my two children and me. There was never ever a dull moment around you guys. I have talked to Jack a few time during the years, and he always had something funny to say. And you were right... the first thing he probably did was to shake Elvis' hand. That was his hero. LOL God Bless you all. Jack will be missed dearly.
I am really drawing a blank here Susie. Did you have a baking business in Zebulon at one time? What are the names of your children? Obviously grown by now. Elaborate for me so I can remember you.
Hi Jim, Until I saw your name, I could not put the link of memory back into my head. My prayers go out for the family. Mrs.Tolley had it rough but done a fantastic job with you children. The pool was fun, wasn't it?
