I can only imagine what you went through during your honorable service in the Navy. Because of your self-less acts we are able to continue living in freedom. Thank you and all the other veterans and current military personnel for your dedication to America - the home of the free and the brave. And may we never forget we are 'One nation under God'.

Good Day, Tom....I have so much admiration for you. As generations pass, the Honor you deserve should not fade. I hope to be able to come and see you in person one day, as I would love talking face to face to a real hero.I thank you for my freedom.

Mr. Tom, here's an email I received today and thought of you. "Thanksgiving is a day when we pause to give thanks for the things we have; Memorial Day is a day when we pause to give thanks to the people who fought for the things we have". Thank you for your service!

Morton's great heroism and bravery shows us why the selfless service of so many young men and women is to be remembered and celebrated on Memorial Day. This article serves as a great tribute to Tom Morton's self-less service.
