The Fayette Citizen is reporting a Fayette County deputy caught disgraced former judge Paschal L. (Pappy) English Jr. of Survivor fame and the public defender with whom is is alleged to have had an improper relationship in a parked car in an subdivision still under development.

Hmmm...so all those that knew this whole sexual harrassment nightmare was going on, and failed to take action....are they liable in the sexual harrassment lawsuit?
