AJC terms Griffin circuit 'judiciary run amok'
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution has posted a story highly critical of former judges Johnnie L. Caldwell Jr. and Paschal L. English Jr. on its website. The piece labels the circuit as 'judiciary run amok'.

I am still wondering how the heck this investigation was assigned "in-house." Scott Ballard already made comments in a news interview that he didn't think any decisions were effected by these relationships. Of course he would say that! Convictions being thrown out do not bode well when election time comes round.
