The Georgia Bureau of Investigation has confirmed it began investigating a Pike County court last year. Special agent in charge Rodney Wall of the GBI's Region 2 office said the Pike magistrate court has been under investigation since 2009.
My ex wife filed a complaint in Killingsworth's court. She said I took her lawn furniture valued at $500. Doris and I bought the two (2) resin plastic chairs (lawn furniture) from Wal-Mart for a grand total of $18.96 and they were 4 years old. Prissy ruled in Doris favor and I had to cough up $500 + magistrate costs. Prissy's assistant, grand daughter laughed and thought it was so funny. I'm OK with it now.
