University system cuts go too deep!

Why don't we cut everything 10%? The SOG budget is 18.5 Billion. If we cut everything 10% that would be 1.85 Billion and it would be equal across the board.

I agree. What's the point of having State Universities if tuition is priced out of reach of most Georgia citizens? I really thought the University system was making progress when they upgraded regional junior colleges to four year colleges. It was a good idea. But because of terrible management and wasteful spending they are going to start cutting. I feel even worse about it when I visit UGA, my alma mater, and see all those giant, ugly buildings they threw up over the past few years. What a waste.
