The Pike Pirates and Lady Pirates fell a combined total of five points short of advancing in the Region 5AA basketball tournament here Thursday.
First round games were played at the PCHS gym.

Yeah, advancing? Coaching? Hmmmmm? If you left the coaches on the bus they probably would have won the games.
