Pike County sheriff's deputies and emergency personnel responded to a Highway 19 wreck around 3 p.m. on a rainy Friday afternoon after a Nissan Altima and postal vehicle collided.
According to Sgt. Shannon Moulton of the Pike County Sheriff's Office, three of the four people in the vehicles were transported to area hospitals.
Debris from the vehicles was scattered in the middle lane and three lanes of traffic were closed temporarily while the scene was cleared. The airbag in the Altima deployed and the vehicle had moderate damage to the front left bumper and quarter panel. The door of the postal truck was bent.

Wow we anxiously await your great response back to me. So tell me the exact facts of what Chief Henderson did in Clayton County since you know so much about him and have this kind of weird stalker infatuation with him. LOL Lets hear it we all wait.
Suprising that it could actually be another Clayton County Fire Department member who posts a lot of these responses also. Hmm am I on to something?
Like I said we await your well thought out response.
Also give me a SOME FACTS of what Chief Henderson has done so wrong since he got the position appx over a year ago.
FACTS PLEASE!
Duh !!!!!!!!!!
This county has had a volunteer Fire department without any issues. If you need full time fire fighters please feel free to purchase a home in Henry or Clayton county where you can pay double your current taxes!
Exactly
This is a volunteer fire department and I love Pike County and somethings are not like we would all love them to be in the perfect world. If some would quit complaining so much and look at the big picture. I mean these are the same people who would complain if more and more development was allowed in Pike so more taxes could be deducted so we could have a fulltime firefighters. It sickens me to my stomach that people complain about the Pike County Volunteers. They love what they are doing and when they are called if they can be there they will be there.
