Bush in that year's presidential election. It died a year and a day after Barack Obama's Inauguration, and two days after Obama's Democrats all but officially became a minority party in the U.S. Senate.

A statement on the Air America web site, on behalf of its board, indicates it was a victim of the economy, as are other businesses in the media industry. Its programming (reruns) will end at 9 p.m. EST Jan. 25.
Will its end affect my pundit parlays? No, because talk radio, in my opinion, is just entertainment.
As the Time article stated, radio spielers don't shape legislative policy.
